- Starting February 1, no quarantine will be required for all arriving passengers who are fully vaccinated
- All arriving passengers must present a negative RT-PCR test taken 48 hours prior to departure and their proof of full vaccination
- Unvaccinated, partially vaccinated or those whose proof of vaccination cannot be verified will have to undergo facility-based quarantine until the release of their testing on the 5th day
- Children below twelve (12) years of age who cannot be vaccinated shall follow the quarantine protocols of the parent/s or the accompanying adult/guardian traveling with them
- Starting Feb. 10, fully vaccinated foreigners from non-visa countries will be allowed to enter the Philippines
- All arriving passengers must present a negative RT-PCR test taken 48 hours prior to departure and their proof of full vaccination
- Children below eighteen (18) years of age are exempted from the requirement of full vaccination and providing proof of vaccination status prior to boarding.

- QR Code or Vaccine Certificate from Abroad (see list of eligible countries)
